MERRY XMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Since our participations was established, Valentina and me were waiting for all e-mails foreseen by the other ex-gazelles. Since October, 28th we have received just the mail with our inscription to the rallye by Adriana (HR). We were warried about our inscription, since no official mail was received.
We waited several days, but the official mail arrived on November 14th, while I was in London for my birthday.....and going out from National Museum, Valentina sent me a whatsapp sms

to confirm our participation.
Soon I read the mail, where some information where required:

Registration to the “Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles”

•  2 photo in high-definition (JPEG format) : individual and with your partner,
• 1 scan of your passport
• 1 scan of your driver’s license,
• Our rhesus.

Registration to Total

• The name and the logo of the team,
• A brief description of our team
• The date of our entrance in the Group,
• size for the clothes  (t-shirt, fleece jacket, parka)

Organization of our first trip in Morocco for the navigation and steering training:

• application procedure for a visa on multiple occasions

 So, it means that we will go twice in Morocco???!!! Shame on us who were thinking to go there just for the rallye... :-(!!!!

Stephanie is in charge of the organization of the rallye for Total, and we have some mail to ask her if it will be possible to use the name "Rosilvia" for not official registration, instead of Rosa: no, sorry, but I do not feel Rosa like my name, I would rather leave a mark as Rosilvia in the history of the Rallye!!!

After our second official mail (with the information regarding the driving course in February), our inbox started to be fulfilled!!!
One mail to introduce the Chaienga Event Team, who will be in charge of the logistic (Management of the vehicle fleet, purchase of the equipment...and so on)!

And then, the first real mail to reveal ourselves outside our company: the team number

Starting with this mail, all other teams were ready to send their hello to everybody (some of them with pictures...) . Ok, now no complaint!!! All other teams are waiting to start this adventure like us....and they want to share their feelings with everybody: maybe a file where to archive all mails is necessary! :-)

Just before going on holydays before Xmas, we received our official contract to be signed with all the rules to be followed....

But I want to leave you in suspense till new year starting...with some more information about the team, and the rules to be respected during the race....

For this night, I want to send you a big kiss from my hometown, Modica...where I have tried to find some days of relax....but as you can imagine....no rest for the gazelle!!!!
